I was recently diagnosed with degenerative disc and osteo-arthritis which resulted in several bulging disc in my lower spine. In addition to this, I have suffered for years with, at times, severe neck and shoulder pain as a result of an auto accident. I spent many years in physical therapy for this latter ailment to no avail. And, I eventually stopped going. The bulging disc caused great pain not only in my lower spine, but in both of my hip joints and pressure on the sciatica nerve in both legs. This shortened my gait when I walked. In fact, I was unable to walk even two blocks. I experienced great fatigue from an inability to sleep due to this discomfort.

I saw results almost immediately. After only two visits with Dr. Verma, my full long stride had returned, after two weeks, I was walking a mile a day, sleeping much easier. And all of this, for the most part of my therapy has been pain free. I have found Dr. Verma to be very thorough, professional and yet down to earth in his doctor/patient approach.
